Shipping Policy

All orders are normally processed within 3-7 business days (Monday – Friday) in the order that we receive them. (Unless noted within the listing)

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours, as our warehouse begins processing it promptly. It’s important to consider that certain items may require us to order from our vendors in order to fulfill your order and update our inventory.

We ship all items from our location in Spring City, PA with the exception of a very few that have noted “Shipping by Vendor” in the description.

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, United Kingdom. Australia and Japan. You should receive an email with your tracking information on the day your order is processed. All international customers are responsible of paying for any custom charges. If refused, the price to have the order shipped back to us will be deducted from your return.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays.

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders unless the order is over $150.00 in which case shipping is free. (With the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, United Kingdom. Australia and Japan in which case actual USPS shipping rates are applied.)

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. Terms are subject to change without notice.

If you choose to decline a shipment and it is sent back to us as a “return to sender,” please note that the cost of returning the package will be deducted from your final credit. Our return policy requires that customers sending back items are responsible for the shipping costs to return them to our warehouse.
